TNB ESAH 2011

Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) organised a half day workshop on the 2011 draft version of “Electricity Supply Application Handbook (ESAH)” on 29th March 2011. The workshop aimed to gather feedback and views from associations and government agencies on the draft handbook.

The workshop covered the following presentations:

Presentation 1: Electricity supply application handbook (ESAH) – Review on the second edition  by Ir Parameswaran A Shanmuganathan (Senior Manager, Commercial Management, Commercial Unit, and Green Technology).

Presentation 2:  Electricity supply application handbook addendum on connection guidelines  by Dr Abd Rahman Khalid – Principal Engineer (Systems Planning and Development, Asset Management Service Unit).

Presentation 3: Metering guidelines  by Ir Abdul Aziz Ahmad – Principal Metering Engineer (Large Power Metering, Metering Services Department).

A 15-member delegation from TEEAM attended the workshop.  After the speakers’ presentation, the workshop participants were divided into three work groups for specific discussion on connection guidelines, metering guidelines and supply application.

The draft version of ESAH could be downloaded from TEEAM website (www.teeam.org.my) for reference.  Please take note that the draft is not final yet. Kindly contact the TEEAM Secretariat for updates.
