The Inauguration of the Federation of Asian Pacific Electrical Contractors Association (FAPECA) was in 1986 through the initiatives of Founding President Mr. Shim Sang Woo of Korea Electrical Contractors Association (KECA) who traveled to the various Asian Pacific Countries to promote the ideas of organizing a Body of uniting the Electrical Contracting Industry in the Asian and the pacific Region with a common goal.
