Posted on 11th January 2017 03:46 PM | News and Event

The TEEAM-TNB Dialogue on myTNB Self Service Portal (myTNB SSP) was held on 10th November 2016 at Wisma TNB Petaling Jaya, Selangor. TEEAM President Ir Chew Shee Fuee KMN led an 18-member delegation to meet TNB Officials. TEEAM’s delegation was officially received by YBhg Datuk Ir Mohd Azim Dato’ Hj Yusof (General Manager of Customer Relations) and his officers.

The dialogue was arranged to discuss some pressing issues arising from the newly migrated myTNB SSP. Before the dialogue convened, TNB Officials gave a briefing on the Overview of the myTNB SSP which was introduced on 26th July 2016. Supply application via myTNB SSP for less than 100 kVA as well as more than 100 kVA were also highlighted.

The following issues were raised by TEEAM during the dialogue:

1) Schematic Diagram and Forms G & H

2) Migration of Data from E-application to the new myTNB SPP Portal

3) Requirement of Mother’s Name

4) Estimation Work

5) Stamp Duty

6)  TNB Pole Number

7) Difficulty in Communicating with the TNB Careline Centre

8) Existing Project with Unsold Units

Overall, it was a very fruitful dialogue. TNB will be having on-going dialogues and hands-on sessions with contractors, developers and consultants to resolve arising problems. The dialogue ended with a sumptuous lunch hosted by TNB.
