MPC is promoting Wealth Creation and Wealth Sharing through Productivity-Linked Wage System (PLWS) which establishes linked between productivity/performance with wages. In order to recognise and acknowledge organisation that embedded PLWS in their compensation system, MPC had developed an online system called eShared Prosperity Organisation (eSPO) that issues electronic certificate to the organisation that successfully implemented PLWS.

eSPO enhances business visibility, competitiveness, and standing in the marketplace. 5 sectors are covered, namely manufacturing, services, construction, agriculture and mining & quarrying. Contractors registered with CIDB gets 5 CCD points if they are eSPO registered.

The Briefing Session was chaired by Mr Sugumar Saminathan, Director of PLWS Unit of MPC. TEEAM was led by Honorary Secretary, Mr PS Lee and the session was attended by some Committees and members as well.
