On 26th November 2012, Mr Tsuyoshi Sakanish, Chairman of Kokko Shisetsu Kogyo Co, Ltd paid a courtesy visit to TEEAM. He was accompanied by Mr Shunji Soma, President of Showa Dengyo Co, Ltd. On hand to receive the delegates at TEEAM were Ir Steven Ng Khoon Hwa (Deputy President), Mr Suresh Kumar Gorasia (International Affairs Chairman & Past President) and Mr Ho Khai Hong (Honorary Secretary).
Kokko Shisetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd specialises in electrical construction, instrumentation control work and has many years of experience in airportrelated facilities. The company has business and branch offices in 15 locations in Japan. The courtesy visit aimed to share the overview and forecast on the Japanese photovoltaic (PV)market, Japanese feed in tariff (FIT) and their International Affairs Chairman &company’s strategy for PV business. It was highlighted that the Japanese renewable energy market has gigantic business potential especially for PV. The discussion also touched on Malaysia’s economic stability and business policies and the usage of renewable energy in the country.
It was a fruitful and informative discussion for both parties. The delegates thanked TEEAM for the information shared and hoped to foster a closer business relationship in the future. A group photo capped off the visit.
