The prestigious TEEAM Academic Excellence Awards and Book Prizes ceremony was held on 26th October 2013 at TEEAM. Recipients were recognised for their outstanding performance in 2012 public examinations. The awards were presented to the winners by TEEAM President, Ir Chew Shee Fuee and accompanied by Academic Excellence Awards Chairman, Ir Chang Yew Cheong.

Beside academic excellence awards, book prizes for university undergraduates were also presented. The number and category of awards given are:

• 7 for UPSR
• 13 for PMR
• 3 for SPM
• 1 for A-Level
• 18 for Book prizes
