Application for Permission to Operate for Manufacturing, Trading & Construction Sectors during MCO (1 – 14 June 2021)
Sharing of announcement from MITI, KPDNHEP & CIDB. Please be informed that the following economic sectors need to be registered with the relevant Ministries to get approval to operate. Please refer to graphic below.
Manufacturers registered with MITI CIMS 3.0 may print the latest approval letter
to operate dated 31 May 2021.
Traders/Dealers are required to register with KPDNHEP for approval to operate.
Application can be made online through: http://forms.gle/
As for the Construction sector, application can be made through cims.cidb.gov.my
- Only Main Contractors are allowed to apply by listing the sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers involved.
- Only projects that have been declared in CIMS before 1 June 2021 can apply for permission to operate.
- Permission is only given for construction activities on site and not for work in the office.
