							EMPLOYMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT 2022
The Amendment Act includes, amongst others:
i Increase in maternity leave from 60 days to 98 days
ii The right to seven days paternity leaves
iii Reduction of maximum working hours, from 48 hours to 45 hours per week                                                                    iv The introduction of Flexible Working Arrangements
The Amendments come into effect on 1 January 2023.
