NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TEEAM 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023 & Election of TEEAM Council for the year 2023-2025 will be held on Sunday, 28 May 2023 at 9:00 am, at Function Room 1, 2 & 3, Level 1, Main Lobby, Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC), Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

The General Meetings of the 3 Specialised Groups i.e. Engineering Construction & Services, Trading and Manufacturing Groups will be held at 12:30 pm after the AGM on the same day.  Venues of the Specialised Groups’ Meetings at KLGCC are as follows:       
1) Manufacturing Group – Function Room 1
2) Engineering Construction & Services Group – Function Room 2
3) Trading Group – Function Room 3 

The TEEAM Academic Excellence Awards 2022 will be presented during the AGM.  There is also a significant milestone event of TEEAM-VTAR Institute MOU Signing on Wiremen Training Collaboration during the AGM.  Hence, we hope to have members’ strong support in attendance.  

The notice of TEEAM AGM & Election 2023, Minutes of previous AGM, Annual Report of Activities & Audited Accounts 2022, Nomination Form, Eligibility, Outgoing Council List, Proxy Form, and 3 Specialised Groups’ General Meeting Notices/Minutes/Outgoing Committees have circulated through email on 28/4/2023.  If you need these materials, kindly request from the TEEAM Secretariat (teeam52@gmail.com or 016-283 9023).

Members are requested to nominate candidates for the positions in the nomination form and return  the same  to  the TEEAM  Secretariat by 12 May 2023 (5:00 pm).

Please note that in accordance to Clause 7.4.2 of the TEEAM Constitution, only members who are not in arrears of your annual subscription are permitted to vote or be elected in the election of the Council of TEEAM.  As such, members who have not paid your subscription for the year 2023 are kindly requested to forward your payment to TEEAM as soon as possible.
