Notice of the TEEAM Annual General Meeting & Election for the year 2021 and Specialised Groups General Meeting 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TEEAM Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 & Election of TEEAM Council for the year 2021-2023 will be held on Sunday, 19 December 2021 at 9:00 am, at Ballroom 1, New World Hotel, Petaling Jaya (@Paradigm), No. 1, Jalan SS7/26A, Kelana Jaya. Tel: 03-7682 0000.

The General Meetings of the 3 Specialised Groups i.e. Engineering Construction & Services, Trading and Manufacturing Groups will be held at 12:00 noon after the AGM on the same day.  Venues of the Specialised Groups’ Meetings:

1) Engineering Construction & Services Group – Ballroom 1

2) Trading Group – Gallery 1

3) Manufacturing Group – Gallery 2

Lunch will be served after the meetings.

Members are requested to nominate candidates for the positions in the nomination form and  return  the  same  to  the  TEEAM  Secretariat by 3 December 2021 (5:00 pm).

Please note that in accordance to Clause 7.4.2 of the TEEAM Constitution, only members who are not in arrears of your annual subscription are permitted to vote or be elected in the election of the Council of TEEAM.  As such, members who have not paid your subscription for the year 2021 are kindly requested to forward your payment to TEEAM as soon as possible.

All members are requested to make an effort to attend this important General Meeting.  Please confirm your attendance by completing the and returning it to the TEEAM Secretariat by 3 December 2021.  Pre-registration is required. As per SOP of MKN for Meetings, all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated and have to present your Covid-19 Digital Vaccination Certificate via the MySejahtera for verification.
