NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TEEAM Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 will be held as follows:

Date: Sunday, 26 May 2024
Time: 9.00 am – 12.00 noon
Venue: Greens 3, Sports Wing, Tropicana Golf & Country Club (TGCC).
Attire: Smart casual
Light breakfast and buffet lunch will be served.

The AGM will be held to transact the following business:
Agenda:

1. Opening Address by TEEAM President.
2. To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2023.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report on the Activities of TEEAM for year 2023.
4. To receive and adopt the Annual Accounts of the previous year ending 31 December 2023.
5. Others (Any other matters raised by members shall be given to TEEAM in writing as least 14 days before the Annual General Meeting, i.e. by 10 May 2024).
