As the world continues to grapple with the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is spending majority of their time at home which leads us to our next topic, the often-neglected issue on Electrical Safety is now resurfacing as a critical component in the maintenance regime of the built environment. Advancements in technologies has also recently driven the adoption of Ultra-Violet (UV) irradiation as means of improving air cleanliness especially in indoor environment. It has been scientifically proven to be able to deactivate 99.99% of all known bacteria, viruses and microorganisms that may pose as danger to human health.

This Power Talk aims to address both the present & future concerns in regards to both electrical safety & available irradiation technologies that will drive improvements in the Built Environment.
