Malaysia is leading the way in the energy transition within Southeast Asia region. The Malaysia National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) and the New Industrial Master Plan (NIMP) 2030 have set clear frameworks for national and regional development objectives. These initiatives underscore the significance of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and the Green Industry in driving Malaysia’s economy while addressing the Energy Trilemma to move towards Net Zero Carbon Neutral target.
