TEEAM trade delegation visited the Guangzhou Lighting Exhibition for the 5th time this year.  The exhibition which was supported by TEEAM, was held from 9th to 11th  June 2011 at the China Import & Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China.  Mr Koh Hark Hwa (Manufacturing Committee Member) led the 5-member delegation. The delegates were from Kohsun (KL) Sdn Bhd and Antara Elektrik Sdn Bhd.

The 2011 exhibition which was the 16th edition increased in size to 16 exhibition halls offering 160,000 sqm.  Five theme zones were arranged to cover a full spectrum of LED/ OLED products and technologies.  Such classification provided clear and friendly identification for both exhibitors and visitors for targeted meeting. The zones included:

• LED/OLED raw material and components,
• LED/OLED driver and power supply,
• LED/OLED packages/modules,
• LED/OLED manufacturing and processing equipment,
• LED/OLED applications (Illumination displays, backlight, signs and signals, automobile, etc).

Besides LED, the exhibit profiles included accessories & electronics components; decorative lighting; electric lights; light control; management & measurement system; professional lights; and technical lights.  The event was the biggest lighting exhibition in Asia.
