The Thailand Lighting Fair (TLF) 2016 was held from 1st to 3rd September 2016 at BITEC Bangkok. The event was organised by The Exhibiz Co Ltd and powered by Messe Frankfurt. Hosted by the Provincial Electricity Authority, Thailand, this event received strong support from the Ministry of Energy, Thailand and the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). The Thai Government places great emphasis on promoting and supporting energy-efficient products resulting in turning Thailand into a great market potential. Thailand’s lighting industry is expected to grow firmly and by 2020 the country’s LED market is said to have reached USD 2.44 billion.
Renowned as ASEAN’s leading trade fair on Lighting Technology, Design and Solution, TLF 2016 attracted over 350 leading lighting companies from around the globe, taking over 10,000 sqm of exhibition space to display their latest innovations and technologies.
Members of TEEAM had the privilege of participating as VIP Buyers under the TCEB programme. Besides having business meetings with the exhibitors, TEEAM members also attended seminars and workshops on solar energy and lighting topics. It was indeed a very fruitful trip for all. See you at TLF 2017!
