The TEEAM 62nd Anniversary was celebrated on 27th September 2014 with a grand dinner of 111 tables at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur. YBhg Datuk Loo Too Gee (KeTTHA Secretary General) was represented YB Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Maximus Johnity Ongliki, Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA) as the Guest of Honour. The theme of the night was “Go Smart & Safe with TEEAM”. The Dinner Organising Committee was chaired by Ir Yong Ah Huat who is also the TEEAM Deputy President.
Opening gambit was a stunning laser and LED dance. Guests and members were entertained by singer, Reno with powerful songs and live band. Highlights of the celebration were the presentation of the Best Contractor Awards (Residential, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Industrial categories), Best Innovation Awards, and Honorary Services Award. Another excited moment were lucky draws with attractive prizes given away to the lucky winners. The grand lucky draw prizes were Toshiba brand of 55” LED TV, 480L Inverter Refrigerator, 10kg Circular Air Intake Washer, 290L Hybrid Bio Refrigerator and a 32” LED TV.
The grand celebration was a huge success registering a turnout of 1110 guests and members with support from overseas guests as well from AFEEC member countries. TEEAM recorded its heartfelt appreciation and thanks to all sponsors, guests, members and the press for their strong support and presences.
