The 13th International Exhibition on Electric Power Equipment and Technology (EP China 2010) was successfully held from 19th to 21st October 2010 at China International Exhibition Centre, Beijing, China.  The exhibition was organised by China Electricity Council Expo Centre and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd. The exhibition had a record of 26,300 visitors and some 330 exhibitors from 20 countries/ regions.

The exhibit profile covered power transmission & distribution equipment/ technology, power generation equipment (thermal/hydro/nuclear), alternative sources of energy (wind power, geothermal, solar power, tidal power, etc), construction & engineering of turn-key project, power dispatching system (SCADA/DMS/EMS systems), control & testing equipment/ instrumentation, IT for power industry, building electrical & electronics installation system (building management & control system, switchgear, lighting system, etc), LV electrical equipment and accessories, power electronics equipment automation, industrial power equipment (UPS, diesel generators and alternators, etc), energy saving and environmental protection technology.

Some concurrent events were held in conjunction with the EP China 2010, such as green power & smart grid forum, symposium on power T&D technology and technical seminars.  TEEAM Council Member, Mr Lawrence Lai Kun Hoong of Lightning Power Surge Protection visited the exhibition as one of the VIP guests. TEEAM was one of the supporting organisations. The next edition of the event will be held in Shanghai, China from 21st to 23rd September 2011.
